Hydatosis is an infection which affects mostly the liver. Although rare, Rupture of hydatid cysts in biliary ducts is one of the most serious complications of hepatic hydatidosis. We present the experience of a secondary hospital in the management of inaugural biliary complications of hepatic hydatid disease with clinical reflection for improvement of the quality of care.
