Monoamniotic Twin Pregnancy Discordant for Fetal Anencephaly with Umbilical Cord Entanglement: a Striking Picture.

Abstract:

We report the case of a monoamniotic twin pregnancy discordant for fetal anencephaly with umbilical cord entanglement, discovered after a miscarriage at 20 weeks of gestational age.
